What Players Say

“Best jungle pickleball courts! Shade when it's sunny and lights when it's night. The staff is amazing, always there to jump on the court. The pickleball community is warm and welcoming. So many opportunities to meet new people! So many sessions organised to meet everyone's need, schedule and level.”

HOW IT WORKS

  1. 01

    PICK A TIME

Covered courts when it is hot or raining, open-air courts for the evening breeze. Book online or just show up.

  2. 02

    SHOW UP

Rent a paddle on site if you need one. Closed-toe shoes are nice, but bare feet are fine too — the staff plays that way.

  3. 03

    PLAY

30-minute slots, book as many as you want. Or roll into Open Play 5–9pm and rotate games with whoever is around.

BUILT FOR REST-DAY DIVERS

  • 5 MINUTES FROM THE DIVE SHOPS

Off the main road through Amed. 5–10 minutes by scooter from every dive resort between Melasti and Lipah.

  • PADDLES + BALLS AVAILABLE

We have all of the needed equipment for you to use. Show up empty-handed, leave sweaty.

  • OPEN AIR OR COVERED COURTS

Two covered, two open air. Post-dive skin burns easy — the covered courts let you play all afternoon.

  • OPEN PLAY — NO PARTNER NEEDED

Every evening 5–9pm. Show up solo, get matched, meet the other divers on the island.

Is it safe to play pickleball after diving?

The no-fly rules (18+ hours after a dive) do not apply to pickleball — you're at sea level, not flying. Just hydrate well and listen to your body for the first 30 minutes.

FAQ

COMMON QUESTIONS

Most divers wait at least an hour or two after their last dive — enough time to off-gas, rehydrate, and eat. Pickleball itself is ground-level, so there are no pressure changes involved. The no-fly rules (18+ hours) do not apply to pickleball. Listen to your body and your dive plan.

Yes. Pickleball is low-impact and stays at sea level, so it does not interfere with decompression. The main thing to watch is hydration — you are already dehydrated from diving, so drink water between games. We also have cold coconuts and other drinks on site.

Yes. Most of our guests are first-timers. Our staff will show you the basics in a few minutes, and Open Play at 5pm is open to all levels. You'll be rallying within your first game.

No. Open Play (5–9pm daily) is drop-in. You get matched with other players and rotate games. Solo travellers and dive-buddies-of-one end up here all the time.

Most dive resorts in Amed are 5–10 minutes away by scooter. WhatsApp us and we will send a pin. The last stretch is off-road — so take it a bit slow.

Yes — cash on site works fine. We also take card, QRIS, and bank transfer. No pre-payment required for court bookings.

Two of our four courts are fully covered. Rain never stops play — it just changes which courts are available, unless you like to live on the wild side. The jungle looks better in the rain anyway.

Yes — we sell the balls and paddles are available for a small rental fee at the desk. Bring closed-toe shoes if you have them; bare feet also work.

Your dive's done. Your day isn't.

Book a court or WhatsApp us — we will send directions and confirm your time.
